PURPOSE:


To recognize outstanding community advocates/entities who have advocated on behalf of the poor in Broward County and to raise funds for Legal Aid Service of Broward County's projects and programs that benefit children and families in the pursuit of Equal Justice For All.

BENEFICIARY:


Proceeds from the event benefit children and families served by LAS. Among the many legal services provided, LAS helps abused children in foster care, the homeless, children in need of special education, victims of domestic violence and families losing their homes to foreclosure.

FORMAT:


The event includes dinner, a community awards ceremony, silent auction and entertainment.
