Services under this project are provided by both Legal Aid Service of Broward County (LAS) and Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida.(CCLA).

Eligibility:

  • Broward County resident
  • Household income which places the client under 300% of the federal poverty level (FPL)
  • Documentation of HIV status

 

Certified referrals from other Ryan White agencies and case managers are accepted.

Intake:

  • Because of the eligibility documentation required, walk-ins are not generally accepted and an appointment is required with updated documentation.
  • Call Legal Aid's office at 954-765-8950 to schedule an appointment.
  • In extraordinary circumstances, home or hospital visits can be arranged.
